Our self-defense training provides advanced martial arts skills for the taekwondo student.  Self-defense techniques are used in conjunction with traditional martial arts training to improve the students self-awareness, and confidence in threatening situations..  Currently, self-defense techniques are a part of the adult students rank testing.
